There’s not much to do beyond the gate, but grab the sphere and toss it into the metal screen next to the orange switch. Shoot the blue switch now on the upper level to tilt the structure back down, and open the gate. Grab the sphere and carry it away from the tilted structure. Note: Before going elsewhere, look to the side of where the sphere is for a new path down a hall leading to a chest holding the Small Key. Doing so will cause the entire area to shift and tilt, revealing a new room with a sphere, and beyond this room, you can spot a receptacle behind a large gate.
You can either hit it with the bow, or use Cryonis to climb up to the platform and strike it. There’s also a yellow switch on the wall to the right of a large screen over the water. The door on the left is sealed and needs a key. Entering the Rota Ooh Shrine, you’ll see a series of gates and metal screens surrounding small pools of water.
